Coronavirus (Covid-19) is an infectious disease caused by a virus. The first outbreak of this disease dates back to 17 November 2019 when the first case was registered in Wuhan, China. It was first considered a pneumonia outbreak, but at the end of 2019, the World Health Organisation (WHO) gave it an interim name of 2019-nCoV. Later the International Committee on Taxonomy of Viruses named it SARS-CoV-2. From that day this virus has spread all over the world. Today there are about 7.5 million/75 lakh cases of Coronavirus in 216 countries and 400k/4 lakh casualties as of 13 March 2020. Coronaviruses are a group of related RNA viruses that cause diseases in mammals and birds. In humans , these viruses cause respiratory track infections that can range from mild to lethal.
